II. Rights of users and affected persons
In terms of data processing described in further detail below, the users and affected persons have the right
- to confirm whether their personal data is being processed, to information regarding the processed data, to further information regarding data processing as well as copies of the data (see also Article 15 GDPR);
- to the rectification or completion of incorrect / incomplete data (see also Article 16 GDPR);
- to the immediate erasure of their personal data (see also Article 17 GDPR) or, alternately, if processing is required based on Article 17 (3) GDPR, to restriction of processing according to Article 18 GDPR;
- to receive the data concerning them and provided by them and the transfer of the data to other providers / controllers (see also Article 20 GDPR);
- to complain to the supervisory authority if they believe that their personal data is processed by the provider under violation of data protection regulations (see also Article 77 GDPR)
In addition, the provider is obligated to in form all recipients to whom the provider has disclosed data of any corrections or erasure of data or the limitation of process, which occurred based on Articles16 and 17 (1), 18 GDPR. However, this obligation does not exist if this notification is impossible or associated with disproportionate effort. Regardless, the user is entitled to information regarding these recipients.
According to Article 21 GDPR, users and affected persons are equally entitled to object to future processing of their personal data, if the data is processed by the provider in accordance with Article 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR. Your data processed when using our website are deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage no longer exists or if the erasure is not opposed by statutory preservation obligations or converse statements regarding individual processing techniques below.

We use YouTube in connection with the function "Extended data protection modus" in order to show you videos. Legal basis for this process is Article 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the quality improvement of our internet presence. According to information from YouTube, the function "Extended data protection modus" has the effect that the data, described in detail below, is only transmitted to the YouTube server if you actually start a video.
Without this "Extended data protection", a connection is established with the YouTube server in the USA as soon as you access one of our websites in which a YouTube video is embedded.
